Technology : 3D Printing

A mounting bracket for a nitrous oxide system bottle, made using 3D printing from an extremely durable and deformation-resistant material, carbon-fiber reinforced nylon.

The material is resistant to chemicals (fuel, oils) and temperatures up to 170 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for use even under the hood of a sports car. 3D-printed parts are manually cleaned of imperfections (which may be visible upon close inspection, so please consider this before ordering).

A significant advantage of this technology is the product’s weight, which is below 1kg (0.95kg), an important factor for cars built for various types of motorsport.

The green elements in the photo are made of TPU (3D-printed rubber), used to prevent damage to the bottle during frequent removal and to improve the bottle’s stability in its place.
