Even a good product sold for years can be improved and made better. We present the second version of the popular reinforcement for 02M/02Q gearboxes, which also locks the second gearshaft, further strengthening the gearbox housing.

for mount you can use hard filler as on photos, then brace will hold better.

installing:
Tightening should be done on a workbench, by manually rotating the gearbox to feel the point where the bearings are not being clamped.
The reinforcement is designed to keep the bearings in place, not to compress them.
